I'm Beth.

I’m a mental health therapist, personal trainer, and 19+ year wellness and fitness professional. I love the interplay of mind and body and have spent my career learning about both and teaching and coaching others on what I’ve learned.

In 2023, I hit a road bump when my body and emotions started changing, but I had not changed anything in my environment or habits. I had to figure out what was going on, so I took a deep dive into menopause and learned I’m in perimenopause.

While my mom’s generation is saying “good luck honey,”

I decided to say “I’m not going down without a fight.” Thus began my journey to learn and change.💪🏼

Fastforward, I realized I wanted to share this knowledge with so many other women than just my friends and one-on-one clients, so I built a course to help others navigate menopause, particularly perimenopause (when we have symptoms and our menstrual cycles are changing but we are still having them). There is a lot, and I mean, A LOT of information out there. Once your phone sees you Googling, it sends you ads and social media content constantly.

So how do you decide which programs and people will help you and which to ignore😥? That is my mission - Empower women to know what is best for their body and have a plan for navigating their own menopause journey.💕
